1. How do I view my registered email address?

2. What if my activate card is lost? 

If you registered before:

1. Check your mail box
    When registering for the first time, the system will automatically
    send the QR code to your registered email address.

2. You may also send the code to your mail box via the app:
Home page  → About → User Info → Send QR Code To Your Email

 

3. How to migrate from old to new device ? 

On new device:
 
1. Download and install LM+from the App Store or Google Play Store
2. Allow LM+ access device camera
3. Home page → About (Bottom right)→ User info
4. Press Already Registered
5. Scan QR code and input your e-mail*
6. Receive an activation mail
7. Restart the LM+ app
 

*As same as the mail address you register before

 

4. Can I change/ edit my registered email address?
